Akizuki Tofuya is an education in what you can do with beans. The set course allows you to experience a range of styles of tofu, both sweet and savoury, alongside locally grown vegetables. You are provided with a mix of different condiments (including tofu mayonnaise) to customise as you wish.
The store is located just outside of Akizuki village, on the main road into Asakura.
