This quirky soba shop is filled with vintage clocks. The owner started putting them up as a hobby and gradually customers started to donate them to him. The restaurant attracts a local crowd at lunchtime who are quick to fill the place up, then disappear just as rapidly.
The menu has a range of soba dishes but in winter months the “dango” (flour-style dumplings) in a warm broth are the specialty.
