Aishin

Delicious soba restaurant hidden in the hills.

Aishin is a play on words to mean both love( 愛 read as “Ai”) and deep (深, read as ""Shin""). This could mean deep love but is probably closer to “affection.”

This traditional restaurant has a short menu of set meals. While the focus is on soba the small plate items are the real treat. The chef uses different ingredients to create a wonderful range of flavours to have you guessing what might be inside.

The menu is in Japanese but has photos to help with your selection.
